Interesting list! I've seen about 90% of these too. I was pleasantly surprised to see you included "Very Bad Things" because I don't know many people who've seen it. I have made a ton of my friends watch it. "Empire Records" is also a classic. Ok, I could go on and on. Just wanted to say, great hub :0)

TITANIC IS A H.U.N.K.O.F.S.H.I.T. HOW DOES AUSTIN FUCKING POWERS LOSE TO TITANIC? HOW DOES GOOD WILL HUNTING LOSE TO TITANIC? ARMAGGEDON, FIGHT CLUB, THE SIXTH SENSE...HOW DO THOSE MOVIES LOSE TO FUCKING TITANIC?! THIS IS AN OUTRAGE! FORREST GUMP SHOULD BE TOP TEN! I GUESS THEY HAD A BRAINDEAD PILE OF SHIT MAKE THIS LIST. THIS IS NOT A REAL LIST. N.I.G.G.E.R.

Chris 2 years ago

Kiiiinda shocked Jurassic Park isn't on the list, but to each his/her own. I'm really surprised at how moronic someone can be to go on a rant about the "ranking" of the films, then busting out the N word even after a) it's a "My Personal Favorites" list b) it's a chronological listing, not a ranking from best to worst and c) the fact that it's chronological has already been mentioned in the comments by rb101182. It's almost as if PISSEDOFF90SKID is...a braindead pile of shit?

Paige 2 years ago

I just laughed uncontrollably for 5 minutes. U tell 'em Chris!

well i love empire records and can't hardly wait. but if those tow are there where is she's all that. and there are some classics missing: jumanji, jurrasic park, hocus pocus, little women, interview with the vampire, the mighty ducks!!!, now and then,

EHHH 22 months ago

This list is BS >:P

mike 22 months ago

Boyz n the hood?

Esack 22 months ago

good job getting office space on there. Also i don't want to be that guy but wheres men in black?

jaz 21 months ago

i've watched bout 90% on the list, most of em titles are really good, but 100 titles in a decade wont cut it for most of us, many good films are left out. But then again its his "personal favorites" list. Probably, so that others might find titles they've missed out on. Overall, its an adequate list for those who were'nt "90esque."

horrrribleeeeeee 21 months ago

Um, did you seriously put I Know What You Did Last Summer on there???? LOL

I must say, I dugg Wayne's World and Ghost.

Joe Joe 20 months ago

Fairly good list. I would agree with several other suggestions people put on here and a few no one has mentioned also, but good list over all.

mike 19 months ago

I like Goodfellas at one, I get that but Forrest Gump is way to low. I agree Clerks needs to be listed, most movies I see are good movies but ranks need adjusted

Ebony 19 months ago

i loooooove 10 things i hate about you

Beatles maniac 19 months ago

Edward scissorhands should be #1

Joffa 19 months ago

This list is a joke simply for the fact that Jurassic Park is not there, are you joking?

And how can Titanic be at 64?

Terrible effort by whoever put this list together.

ACE 19 months ago

No Braveheart, Philiadelphia, Matrix, Tombstone, Rudy, Bad Boys, Face/Off, Dogma, Desperado, Under Siege, Reservoir Dogs, The Rock, The Shawshank Redemption, Independence Day, Armageddon. WHo made this list? Someone born in 2000.

Carol 16 months ago

Who knew movie titles could cause such passion. Thanks for posting the list. i was looking for titles for a game we play as a family at Christmas. Most helpful.

thomas 16 months ago

Really? Posting a top 100 chronologically? And not including Shawshank? Shame on you, sir!

kian 16 months ago

not having shawshank is an atrocity.

Garrett 15 months ago

Forrest Gump is on there justme

Garrett 15 months ago

Forrest Gump is on there justme. its #34

Garrett 15 months ago

If it is chronological than it should be ten movies from each year in the 90's

Andrew 15 months ago

Ever hear of Dumb and Dumber? WHERE IS IT?????????????

Jonny 15 months ago

ppl r so dumb. how can u not tell its in chronological order? (stupid ppl whining about rankings)I agree that shawshank should definitely be on this list and jurassic park too

Alex 15 months ago

I love most of these movies! Can I add The Craft, Shawshank Redemption, Romy and Michelles hs reunion, What's Eating Gilbert Grape and To Die For? Didn't see em on the list :)

GW 12 months ago

The #1 movie of all time missed the list? Shawshank Redemption? You are officially banned for life for making any more lists in public.

cesar 11 months ago

sweet list. But ummm WHERES THE LION KING?!

Cassie 10 months ago

I don't think the list is in order of greatness. If you were any bit observant, you would see that the movies are listed chronologically.

wesley 9 months ago

where's Dumb And Dumber, Happy Gilmore, Balck Sheep, Beverly Hills Ninja, and Tommy Boy?

dan 9 months ago

whers drop dead fred?

Danny B 7 months ago

Wheres The Matrix?

Laura 7 months ago

Just want to throw out there that the movie Great Expectations was nothing like the book. Very few things were in the actual book. So I just want to say if you are going to put that on your “Top 100 Movies of the 90’s” you should probably also include: The Shawshank Redemption or The Boondock Saints, which in my opinion are some of the best movies of the 90's. I mean really you put Austin Powers and Can't Hardly Wait up there over them? How about you go read a book like I don't know Great Expectations by Charles Dickens which is a classic and see that the movie was straight up terrible, and butchered his wonderful book. Then once you read that book and gain some knowledge maybe you can put up a decent list of "Top 100 Movies of the 90’s" in actual order not chronological.

jizz 6 months ago

Everybody who wrote a comment r a bunch of losers

VanityBelle17 5 months ago

I agree with you Savannah!! Something that's awesome from Disney needs to be on here!!!!!

JJacob1 4 months ago

what about the best Toy Story and the lion king

Nym 4 months ago

You don't like their list, don't read it. Make your own list instead of complaining about what somebody else likes.

Bo 4 months ago

glad to see my favorite movie was number 1

Milos 3 months ago

It's not like top 100 movies of 90's... It was sorted by years not by quality of the movie.... 90.... 91 ... 92 .... aso...

riz 2 months ago

Titanic should be the first!

ihsanuddin yeah 2 months ago

i agree with some of the movies but i didn't see last f the mohicans, shawshank redemption and braveheart on the list..such a shame

Franz 8 weeks ago

What about Major Payne!?!?!?!?!

Nunya 7 weeks ago

Where's As Good As It Gets?? In my opinion, it should have won the Oscar for Best Picture in 1997...

me 2 weeks ago

This list sucks, just because it is actually missing the best movies....Braveheart, Forrest Gump, The Matrix, Dumb and Dumber, Philadelphia, Beauty and the BEast, and many others. Or does it just include movies not voted for the OScars?????

Eduardo 2 weeks ago

Don't tell mom the babysitter's dead, Mrs. doubtfire, Scream, Boogie Nights, Fear, Jerry Maguire, A Time to Kill, are all of my favorite 90's movies on this 90's list but you forgot to add Buffy the Vampire Slayer movie starring Luke Perry to this list this movie is another great 90's movie.
