After reading VH1's Top 100 Songs of the 2000's, I decided to compile a list of my own.
Personally I think my list is better. But I'll let you decide.

Interesting list.
I don't want to be critical, but a few of the songs on your list weren't from the 2000's, they where from the 2010's. This would explain partly why songs such as Adele's Rolling in The Deep (2011) didn't make the VH1 list while Adele's Chasing Pavement (2008) did.
Yeah I realized that after I put it together. Ah well. It can be a top 100 songs of the century (so far) list!

Aaliyah 100% great I love Aaliyah, but Beyonce Knowles took over 2 decades she was rank number 17 on vh1 100 greatest songs of the 90's with Say My Name, and was ranked number 1 on vh1 100 greatest songs of the 00's with the song Crazy in Love, and I think that Aaliyah and Beyonce Knowles are the best artists on this 00's list.

Thank you for adding more Aaliyah. Even though she died at the beginning of the decade, it's obvious her influence is lingering to this day.
And you added better rock. VH1 fell down on the job to me by using too many recognizable songs that were more a flash in the pan type thing.
I would have kept Cry Me A River and Chasing Pavements simply because they are quickly becoming the standard in music today. But I really enjoyed your list. Great job!
